Who will pay?
If we think you have a good solicitor's negligence or professional negligence claim we will find a way to fund it for you.
Remember, if we win your case, and we almost always do, your opponent will pay most of your legal costs.
There is a variety of ways of funding your claim:
- No Win No Fee - most of our clients choose this way of funding
- Legal expenses insurance
- Private paying - for those clients who have no insurance and do not wish to enter into a 'no win no fee' agreement we are always pleased to act on a private paying basis.
- Public funding (Legal Aid) - generally this is only available for professional negligence claims in limited circumstances. We will let you know if we think exceptionally an application may be successful.
